Healthcare Administration. This academic foundation, combined with hands-on leadership experience, allows me to operate effectively at the intersection of business strategy, compliance, and operational execution.

I began my project management career at Southern Comfort Home Care within a waterfall environment, where I led operations and compliance initiatives across a multi-site organization with offices in Savannah and Augusta, Georgia, while supporting in-home patient services throughout the region. Success in this environment was driven by disciplined project structure. From initiation and planning, where scope, budget, and schedule were established, through execution and monitoring, ensuring consistent control of the triple constraint. During this time, I built strong expertise in managing distributed teams, vendors, and government contracts, while overseeing equipment and facilities maintenance, system implementations, and regulatory compliance. The organization maintained a 100% compliance score throughout my tenure. An achievement that reflects both operational rigor and sustained governance.

I later transitioned to Legacy Branding, an Agile environment with fully distributed teams operating across multiple time zones. There, I implemented sprint cycles, backlog management, and Kanban practices, improving turnaround times by 30% while successfully overseeing more than 300 projects. This role further strengthened my ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, navigate organizational change, and communicate effectively with executive leadership through structured status reporting, risk management, and escalation protocols.

Currently, I serve as Chief Operating Officer and Project Director at STEM Powered Kits, a hybrid organization where I lead strategic and operational initiatives focused on scale, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. My work has included expanding national partnerships and implementing automation solutions through Power BI, SharePoint, and Smartsheet to enhance visibility, control, and performance. In this role, I consistently bridge business strategy, technology, and operational execution while maintaining disciplined control of scope, budget, and schedule. I have also developed deep expertise in vendor sourcing and management, including performance oversight, inspections, and deficiency monitoring.

In parallel, I serve as a Fleet Operations, Compliance, and Logistics Coordinator with U-Haul International in the E-Live Division. In this capacity, I support large-scale fleet operations and compliance initiatives by coordinating logistics, maintaining regulatory documentation, and ensuring audit readiness under DOT and FMCSA standards. I manage operational reporting through Excel and SharePoint dashboards, support regional process-improvement efforts, and help standardize compliance and reporting practices across multiple locations, further strengthening my experience within highly regulated, enterprise-scale environments.

Across every role and engagement, one principle has remained constant: a commitment to clear communication, disciplined execution, and meaningful stakeholder engagement. I excel at connecting people, processes, and performance to deliver sustainable results. I am energized by opportunities to contribute this experience to organizations that value structure, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Memorial Health University Medical Center Unions Springs Project Management Plan

Union Springs Road in Clyo, Georgia is an important corridor for residents, school transportation, agriculture, and emergency services. Over the years it has experienced pavement deterioration, shoulder erosion, and drainage issues that now impact safety, mobility, and long-term roadway performance.

The Union Springs Road Resurfacing & Infrastructure Renewal Initiative is a focused, data-driven improvement project designed to restore roadway integrity, improve drainage and shoulder stability, and enhance safety through full compliance with GDOT specifications, MUTCD traffic control standards, OSHA safety requirements, and state environmental regulations. The project is scheduled for completion within 45 days, delivering a smoother, safer roadway and extending pavement life by 12-15 years.

Construction Effingham Chatham Coastal Empire Unions Springs Project Management Plan

Memorial Health University Medical Center (MHUMC) in Savannah, GA is a 612-bed regional tertiary center, Level I Trauma Center, and part of HCA Healthcare. Currently, MHUMC is experiencing severe Emergency Department (ED) congestion, prolonged wait times, extensive boarding, and throughput delays that negatively impact patient outcomes, staff morale, and organizational performance.

This is a comprehensive, multi-phase improvement project. The goal is to reduce ED wait times and boarding by 20-30% within 180 days using targeted, data-driven interventions that improve patient flow, increase inpatient bed turnover efficiency, and optimize communication across the continuum of care.

This plan is intentionally built to fit directly into how Memorial already documents, orders, and manages patient flow today. It is fully designed to operate on the hospital's existing technology infrastructure, including the current EPIC EMR/EMH system.

My Professional Ethos

Clarity Over Chaos

I turn noise into direction. I cut through ambiguity, simplify complexity, and give teams the confidence to move with purpose.

Execution Is My Reputation

Good PMs deliver tasks. Great PMs deliver outcomes. I’m committed to the result, on time, on budget, and without excuses.

Lead From the Front, Guide From the Middle, Support From the Back

I adapt my leadership style to the moment. I know when to push, when to shield, and when to amplify.

Communication Is the Project

If information flows, progress flows. I keep the right people informed, aligned, and empowered. No surprises, no silos, no drama.

Process With Purpose

Every workflow should make sense, save time, and serve the team. If it doesn’t, it gets redesigned. Period.

Decisions Backed by Data

“Feels right” is not a strategy. I prioritize evidence, metrics, trends, and risk intelligence to guide every step.

Agility Isn’t a Buzzword, It’s a Mindset

Plans are precise, but execution stays flexible. When conditions shift, I pivot without losing momentum.

Respect Is a Deliverable

How teams feel working with me matters. High-trust environments produce high-quality work.

Anticipate Problems Before They Become Problems

Risk isn’t something to react to. it’s something to forecast, neutralize, and communicate early.

A Project Is a Promise

When I accept a project, I protect it like a commitment not an assignment.
